Home > Games Preview > European Roulette Objective:
European Roulette is a traditional casino card game that uses a special wheel with numbers lined along its circumference, colored in alternating red and black. Each time the wheel is spun a ball is thrown into it, and the players are required to guess the number and/or color that it will land on in order to win their bet. Along-side the wheel is a betting board on which all the available bets are displayed. Players place chips on the corresponding area of the board to make a bet each time before the wheel is spun.
Play Roulette
How to Play:- Choose the chip value you wish to bet with by clicking on it.
- Make your bet by clicking on the corresponding area on the table. A chip of the value you chose in step 1 will be placed on it, and more can be added simply by clicking more (one chip for each click). Repeat these steps to change the chip value, or remove a chip by right-clicking on it. If the chip value currently chosen is bigger than the chip you wish to remove, the entire bet in that area will be cancelled.
- Spin the wheel by pressing “Spin”.

Rules of European Roulette:
In European Roulette, players can choose from practically any number and/or color combination. All of the different kinds of combinations are listed below, and their corresponding payouts in the table following.
- Straight Up: bet on any individual number by placing your chip on it on the board. Your game will specify what the maximum amount allowed is.
- Split Bet: bet on any two adjacent numbers by placing your bet on the line between them. The maximum amount allowed is double the amount of the Straight Up bet.
- Street Bet: a street is a row of three numbers, and they can be bet on by placing your chip on the boundary of the row on the board. The maximum amount allowed is triple the amount of the Straight Up bet.
- Corner Bet: bet on a group of four numbers by placing your chip on the meeting point of all four of their squares on the layout, IE – the “+” in between them. The maximum amount allowed is four times the amount of the Straight Up bet.
- Four Bet: Bet on the first four numbers – 0, 1, 2 and 3 – by placing your chip on the line where the zero and the first row intersect. The maximum amount allowed is four times the amount of the Straight Up bet.
- Line Bet: bet on two Street Bets (explained above) by placing your chips on the line dividing them on the board. The maximum amount allowed is six times the amount of the Straight Up bet.
- Column Bet: There are three columns of numbers on the board, each with a box at the end displaying “2-1”. Placing your chip on one of these boxes means you are betting on its corresponding row of numbers. The maximum amount allowed is ten times the amount of the Straight Up bet, and if any of the numbers in the row are spun, you win 2:1.
- Dozen Bet: Bet on either the first, second or third group of twelve numbers on the European Roulette wheel by placing your chip on the boxes “1st 12”, “2nd 12” or “3rd 12”. It pays 2:1 and the maximum amount allowed is ten times the amount of the Straight Up bet.
- Low/High, Red/Black and Even/Odd Bets: Each of these bets relate to exactly half of the numbers on the board (not including zero). The maximum amount allowed is twenty times the amount of the Straight Up bet, and players are paid 1:1 if any of the numbers in that half are spun.
- Minimum Position Bet: This is a bet where the amount you place must be equal to at least that of the minimum indicated on the board by a ‘Min’ sign.
